Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, with tags and original packaging. Returns must be approved by us before being sent back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at vistoso.pk@gmail.com with supporting photos/videos.

Shipping & COD Charges

For customer-requested returns, the Rs. 300 shipping fee is non-refundable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the applicable 5% tax is also non-refundable and will be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued for the eligible refundable amount after applicable deductions.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
